Is there a way to earmark donations toward a project or support in the area of "Illegals"? Research, support, some other worthwhile endeavor?

That was Gene's strong area of interest, as you know.

If that's too difficult to segregate donations for such an area, I'm also fine with a general donation. Just a thought ...
