I see the following chip in the Chip Guide...

...but I can't find it in The Chip Rack. I suppose it's possible that it wasn't added until TCR 17 (I only have 16). According to the Chip Guide, the TCR number is D2231, but I can find it by neither the TCR number nor chip description in The Chip Rack.

Can someone who has TCR 17 take a gander for me and let me know a) if the chip is represented in the updated version and, if so, b) what the listed value band/letter is for it, please?
