Jason, no gaming in San Fran proper, but when I'm there, I usually frequent Bay 101 and the Matrix Casino, both in San Jose off Hwy 101, about 35 miles south. Not sure if they have cards, but they both have chips in various odd denominations. If you go east, Cache Creek is more of a full service casino, with players cards, slots, etc.
