I believe it was created for either the Mecox group of home decorating stores or for an interior decorator who supplies merchandise from Mecox. There are 8 stores in the chain, first opening being the one in Southampton, NY, opened inn 1996. The adv chip has a $25 denomination and could have been intended as a discount amount available to a potential customer. There's no indication of what the picture of a building on the chip reverse represents. I cannot find any casino using the name "Casa Mecox" so the lettering on the chip likely represents the English translation of the Spanish words, "Mecox Home".

Chip is unused, of course.
