i guess thats the difference between a small hobby club and the rest of the country.the term "classic car " was coined in 1951 . the ccca was formed in 1952. classic car referred to cars from 1915-1948, so a 4 year old car then could be a "classic".depending on your state , the DMV usually offers a special license plate for limited use vehicles 20-30 year old.whether it's vintage, antique, or classic most people know what your talking about. same with farm use, farmer or agriculture.
