I've only been able to find a metal core for New Beginnings but I'm assuming there was a molded chip made. The name seems to be used by a number of social organizations in the Los Angeles area so hard to tell which it was intended for. If you have the plastic molded chip, you might post the info here.

Metal core would produce a chip with 8 edge spots, 4 suits, and 4 dots on the surface. The reverse has just a blank center.
