As with most casino chip guides, Armin self-published his. He has updated about once a year. I have the 2014 printing (19th edition). I believe he is still a club member but haven't talked to him in several years.

At the time, he lived in the Los Angeles area. You could try a contact at arminpfaender@aol.com and maybe get lucky. I suspect there is a copy of his book you could borrow in the Club Library in case you can't locate him directly. My copy is printed only on one side of a page but must have 400-500 pages.
