Cece & Ted - I have a blue one, think it's currently listed on eBay unless the listing ended due to lack of interest. Attributed by some scribbling on its paper holder, to Delhi, CA, and thought it was a bar, but this may be all wrong.

Surf Rider Inn - have a white one, bought from Barry Weinstein. There is a real Surfrider Inn, across Route 1 from the famed Surfrider Beach in Malibu but they aren't a cardroom. Best guess, some sort of "gambling school" held courses there, briefly.
