That's the contention between the T-Mobile and the MGM. The UFC likes the T-Mobile and Mayweather is comfortable with the MGM. He scheduled a card of some of his "Mayweather Promotion" boxers at the MGM - the same night!! I think it will end up at the MGM. Mayweather is calling the shots on this one. McGregor could never make the kind of $ he will make on this fight anywhere else - MMA or otherwise.

Mayweather wants 50-0. I guess that is the benchmark. Rocky Marciano (a HEAVYWEIGHT!!) was 49-0 - the only undefeated HEAVYWEIGHT champion.

This will be a HUGE event. Both fighters are trash talkers. Boxing vs. MMA!! I predict a bad fight. (Think Ali vs.Inoki.) If McGregor showed he had some talent in just boxing and fought a few fight to demonstrate his abilities, might be more interesting, but for your first fight against the best in the world, not a good idea.

McGregor would KILL Mayweather in an MMA setting.
