The Club Union, Santiago de Cuba chips a cancellation mark, they all seem to be in pretty much in the same place on the chip. I have one with no C on it. I am thinking it is but don't know if or how they cancell their chips since all of my Cubans aren't cancelled. Thanks, Torrey
