Chips and related items bought at Canning's monthly Rosie Bowl* Swap Meet in Pasadena. Admission is now $9 - a bit more pricey than I remembered (I know it was less, they used to give change for a $10 with a $2 bill). But I guess R. G . Canning has to pay the large staff (parking attendants, ticket-takers) at California's new minimum wage rates, and maybe the rental rate went up. You get a free candy bar and wallet when you enter and sign up to be on their e-mail list. Even though you're left with just a buck to put in that wallet.

Anyway, I turned up some interesting items - some of which are photographed below - you will see a couple of which have been submitted to ChipGuide as New Finds. The price for most of these things was a buck or two ($8 is the highest I paid for a single item).

* I renamed the venue after my roommate's beloved calico cat, Rosie.
