Many things in the schedule are not finalized In the previous issue which is why it goes in the one right before the convention.

Are you planning on attending? I thought you told us that you won't be attending any more conventions.

Preliminary schedules are posted in the previous magazine as well as online.
Just as an FYI, the clubs business meeting will be held the Saturday morning of the convention next year as well, just as it has been for the previous 10+ years.

More than likely the Banquet will be on Wednesday, the auction on Thursday, the Poker tournament on Friday, and the volunteer reception on Saturday. These are pretty standard for many years now.

Now as far as this interfering with your meeting to discuss something with Charles, that has absolutely nothing to do with the clubs business meeting. Charles is not a presenter and may not even be there.

Charles however WILL be at the convention for the better part of the ENTIRE week and will spend a lot of time at the MOGH table. Do you also have a doctors appointment Wednesday, Thursday, Friday and Saturday?

Will you even be coming to the convention?
