Re: Question for the board of directors of the CCG

I have no problem with anyone who pays their money for a table at the Casino Collectibles Convention show and displays coins, collectibles, etc.. They know there is a risk of maybe not having enough sales to offset cost, but they are willing to take that chance. I personally look forward to seeing the C.T. Coins folks set up at the show as I usually spend at least $50.00 to $100.00 on supplies for my chips & casino collectibles. This is where I buy my supplies for the year and if my purchase is to heavy for the plane ride back to Texas, I box it up and ship it home. Not everyone who collects Casino Collectibles collects the same thing. There is no difference from me looking at a dealers display of Casino Collectibles and just visually scanning past all the items I do not collect ( be it coins, stamps, antiques, etc. ) and concentrating on those that I have interest in. I applaud any dealer who sets up at the show next week as they have a rough road ahead of them. The cost they bare with table rental, travel, food, lodging, etc. adds up quickly. I would hope all who attend support these folks with purchases so we can have a 26th annual event next year. As for the having of professionally graded coins in a dealers display, I have no problem with it. At least I would know they were not counterfeit.
