Lottery contest rules
In Response To: thanks, and a question ()

Hi Robert. Technically, the rules (below) state that any prize OTHER than the jackpot would be up to Andy and I to decide. I guess I would have the final decision.

We only hit for more than $100 once - a few years ago. I think we won about $300 or $400. What we did with that money was to create three or four "gift certificates" to be used at ccgtcc members on-line chip businesses. We then had a random drawing from the list of players. As I recall, we used David Spragg's site and Ricky Pushkin's site and someone else (maybe Andy's?).

Here are the contest rules:

2017 LOTTERY CONTEST RULES

(1) I am the only judge & jury on any disputes.

(2) This contest is FREE to ccgtcc members - you must be a member in good standing at the time of the drawing to be included.

(3) You must be on my contestant list to be eligible to win.

(4) If we hit the jackpot, every eligible Club member on my contestant list will get 1 share. The jackpot will be divided accordingly, and within all federal, state and international tax regulations.

(5) If the ticket(s) win any prize other than the jackpot, I will decide what to do with the funds.

(6) This is a contest run by me personally. It is in NO WAY endorsed, sanctioned or monitored by the ccgtcc, "thechipboard.com" or their respective webmasters.

(7) Any complaints, please see rule #1.

If these rules are a problem to anyone on my contestant list, please let me know and I will remove your name from the list.
