I wasn't questioning yours, just that whoever wrote up that page managed to mistype it somehow. Not very clever when you are selling them (unless they are selling the wrong ones!)

There was a picture, yes, and I thought it stated 10,000 identified units. Can't find it now but I think it was only April this year.
Someone must have had some idea they existed in order to make the FOIA request. I don't know how much they cost when issued but looks like a lot of money tied up if they held onto them until 2 months ago.
Btw, there is one on ebay for $49,999
