David it still states everything the same about the coin I posted except the fact I that they mis mentioned the begging serial # as a 5 instead of a 1 and how many really came from Philidelphia and what years. Now that I read this I do remember someone showing a picture of a box with a beginning # of 1 on it and made me wonder about the statement from this seller. The Graders know and put the Philidelphia on them with knowledge of origin because of the FOIA.Thanks for posting this info as it does show there was an issue that was brought to light, showing how rare this coin really is.
