Look at the grades on the slabs. One point difference between MS69 vs. MS70 can mean the difference in asking price of thousands of dollars. That is why many coins that have been previously graded at a lower grade are broken out of their slab housings are resubmitted in hopes of receiving a higher grade. I am happy to know that slabbng chips is not an acceptable practice in our hobby
