You just need a way to get on the internet.

I talked with AOL Customer Service yesterday concerning a different problem - No mention of a software change.

We have been AOL members since 1999, you would think we would be notified of a upcoming change - nothing.

Sounds to me that something is fishy. Call AOL Customer Service @ 1-800-827-6364 and ask them.
