We left this morning at 7:45 with a car loaded down for a 6 week adventure. We took the road less traveled and within 15 minutes needed to turn around since we had gotten a "little lost". Once we got back on track we took route 98 to Apalachicola, FL. and tonight we gorged on oysters. We went through some really old Florida towns that have gotten hurt by the introduction of the interstate system. but it is really fun to have the time to take those roads and step back in time. Tomorrow we will be on our way to Biloxi and I believe we will be on route 98 for most of that trip as well.
