China and India are signed up. China doesn't have to do anything to reduce CO2 until 2030, and this is a non-binding agreement. India doesn't have to do anything to reduce CO2 until they receive $2.5 TRILLION in foreign aid!

This has nothing to do with the climate and everything to do with transferring money from the USA to the rest of the world. Socialists and Marxists are outraged that our President pulled our nation out of the agreement!
