Many club members harvest NCV chip, but never re introduce into a future game. Yes that is stealing, and many people only buy NCV chips from those that harvested the chips, but isn't buying stolen property also a crime? Also, isn't harvesting any chips from a casino, except LE or chips purchased from cage as souvenirs stealing? I think harvesting Rou. chips is a casinos biggest concern, that they would be re-entered into a new game at a higher value? I have harvested hundreds of chips the last 15 years, now after reading the CB I'm not sure I can sleep tonight. Maybe the club can provide counseling at the convention, for Mr. Birl, myself, and at least a hundred other thieves?
