I noticed a gaming device in a 1929 H.C. Evans & Co. catalog. It's a Keno goose. I had seen it before. It was on a USPC crest & seal chip. This is not only similar art, it is the exact artwork. I'm guessing since the Evans catalog is from 1929 and USPC made the chip in 1931, Evans had the art first. This is the first time I recall art from somewhere else being on a USPC chip. Did Evans and USPC have a close working relationship. Did USPC make all the chips and cards Evans sold? Just wondering.
