Re: how to get 512,000 bytes max for ChipGuide sub

The scan you submitted to The Chip Board is only 122 KB in size. How did you get it reduced from the one you sent to The Chip Guide? Generally, what you do in a case like this is to reduce the Quality, or increase the amount of JPEG compression of the file. I do this with Photoshop Elememts but there are many ways to change the compression of a JPG file.

If you can't find another way, just submit the same scan you showed in your post here on The Chip Board. I am not familiar with the Graphic Converter screen capture you showed,

Here is the same image you showed that I used the Screen Capture program to get your image into my PC to see the file-size.
