I have never liked 'Private Sales', as this appears to be if you look at the Bidders!
As there is a hole in the rim, on one of the photos, it was most probably an item of jewellery or a Key Chain etc.
I do Not believe that it is a Paper Weight.
Moral of the Story: If you don't know what you are Bidding on, DON'T Bid!!!!!!!!
