I'll be getting a goodly number of these great Chez Paree,Chicago, chips very soon. How scarce/valuable are they? A Google search shows a lot about the place, including a Gene Trimble chip article.

You can't exaggerate how great this place was. In a top Chicago neighborhood, it was the leading supper nightclub in Chicago between the end of Prohibition and the beginning of the TV age, perhaps the biggest/best in the country. They had gambling in a back room. EVERY top entertainment act in the country performed there. JUST LOOK AT THIS LIST OF ACTS THAT PERFORMED THERE (Jimmy Durante with "The Adorables" is pictured below.):
