A lot of the complaints about Win 10 may be related to the fact that Win 10 comes with "Edge" as the default browser as a replacement for "Internet Explorer". There was a significant change in the user interface that was not well explained. Since I use Chrome for my browser I didn't get too tangled up with the new browser.
