Hotel Plaza in Havana was closed by the Revolution. It was renovated and plans made to reopen the casino but never happened.

The M.D. chip was used at Habana-Madrid Casino. Another American owned casino that was closed when Castro took over. I can't remember the significance of the E.L.P. marking.
