NIÑITO casino chip engraved and filled in blue plastic. TheChipGuide says it's from Ninito Blanca Hotel el Globo; could be I guess... I could not find anything specifically on NIÑITO since in Spanish it just means "small" or "child" and GLOBO just means "globe".
