Of course they never called me back. Truly Shocking! I am Appalled
So I called them again. (Cheaper than seeing Lady Heather, if you CSI fans take my meaning!)
Customer Service lady seemed to be a bit nicer and a bit more understanding of the issue at hand.... ..... .....
A few holds and she comes back and says she thinks she can help me through combining the invoices.

"Now just hit send."
"OK that just sent another (4th) invoice. Now how do we combine the last 3 of them."
"Oh, the system can't combine invoices."
"I didn't need your help in sending another invoice, I could have done that all on my own last night. You said you were going to walk me through combining them."
"I must have misunderstood you."
"So you had no understanding of the entire point of my call, and just had me send the invoice anyway, with no intention of helping with the problem?"
"Well uh...."

Said she's going to hand my call over to a supervisor... I'm still on hold awaiting that supervisor right now as I type this. It's been over an hour. I've gotten several emails and tasks completed, while faithfully waiting for this supervisor. Whadda ya think - Should I hold for a while longer for this phantom supervisor?
Oh! If I still drank, I'd be headed for the bottle of the 18yo Single Malt Scotch right about now, and wake up happy tomorrow!
