is nothing short of great. I just had to buy a new Dell computer ( my old Toshiba crashed due to hacking ). When the Geek Squad transferred my old data they left out a file that lost some of my CA data. I called CA and they came up with the solution. I am now up and running with CA again. I can't rave enough about Carlisle Developments support. If you are considering putting your chip collection in a software program then I strongly recommend CA. They are based in MA and respond quickly.
