we have a hard time finding accurate records. I am in Michigan, and thanks to Janice O'Neal and her record keeping there are some dates but not all.

I also request from submitter s to tell us if the item they are submitting was recent but we rarely get that info and we don't have the time to hunt that info down. People submit playing cards and don't mention if new or a few years old. Most of the time the date of use is on the box.

Even the experts that put together The Chip Rack just adds an "s" after a date because they can't nail it down.
Just way to tough to go back.
