I don't believe Mikohn makes chips. They have them made with their proprietary tracking circuitry inside (Table Link). The red, green, black chips look like those made for Ballys about 20 years. The black $100 with blue edge spots says this one was made by B et G of France, and they might also have made the other three. These chips are all pretty hard to find.

First three chips are smooth surface. The chip marked B et G has a recessed center area for the inlay.
