Other than being "a nice guy", what does the official law say about finding money? Is it stealing if you don't turn it in? I guess I can see finding a wallet, but if you found a black chip, or a $100 bill on the ground, are you legally obligated to turn it in? (Again, I'm not considering the morally right thing to do.)
