I have that same Money Tree souvenir photo postcard except mine has me & my wife from May 1973. Our first trip to Las Vegas. The photo card you have must have been made about same time as background looks the same. I did not get a souvenir chip from Money Tree but we did get one from Thunderbird, Showboat, Horseshoe, Golden Gate, and Golden Nugget. If I remember correctly that photo card from Money Tree was a coupon we used from one of those fun books we picked up somewhere. We drove from southeast Texas about 1,700 miles to get to Las Vegas and it was worth every mile.
