$5 chip from the Joker's Social Club (Vancouver, BC, Canada). The casino is closed, I'm not sure it was a legal establishment since I can't find any records of it occupying a building in town. The was chip was mad by the Portland Card Company (also closed) for the Joker's Social Club.
