For your reply. I do believe those small denoms are not all that common. They were only at the 1 table and I never saw them last year while I was here. There was only 25-30 of each in the dealers tray and they colored up the players occasionally to keep them in the tray.
This morning....it is very quiet in the city. It is now 10 am and I think I have heard 20 cars driving and saw 50 people walking out side.(in a few hours) Normally the streets are like LA traffic. Bumper to bumper. With thousands of people walking in all directions. 7 millions people live in Chile ...3 millions of those in Santiago.
