I was talking with a antique dealer about chips and Las Vegas and other stuff. He mentioned that The Cotton Club in Las Vegas was where predominately African Americans were welcome back then and not so welcome in other casinos. Is there any truth to this ? Just a question here so don't rag and bag on me. School could actually be in session here for a few of us.
