There were at least 4 Saratoga Club locations in Newport over the years. The location at 5th/Saratoga shown on the match cover most likely for chips. The picture with the Hudepohl sign was further down Saratoga Street, 719 I think.

Bottom line, guy has shown his hand by putting box in eBay. think about it...there are only 25 or so collectors who care about the chip even if sure it was from Newport. I'd give $15 a chip for a couple, not worth that much probably.
