Newport club definitely existed

There is no question that there was indeed a "Saratoga Club" in Newport. It was incorporated in the 1930s and still being raided in the 1950s. The only thing I'm saying is that there were many "Saratoga" clubs/Inn/Cigars/etc. throughout the country. Is this a Newport chip? Maybe. I have no way to prove or disprove. I can tell you though that there are more people "wanting" it to be a Kentucky chip over say Wyoming or somewhere less collected.
