I realize there is a ton of history to be read about Newport cubs that were "operational" in the day, but isn't it a bit interesting that there is a Saratoga Ave. in town...?

Should we completely discount that there was a plan for such a club (by whomever); chips ordered, manufactured and the joint never opened..?
