I believe these chips go with this ashtray. The chips are attributed to Concord, Ca. I could never find a listing for this place there and ran across a listing in Stockton about 2 years ago.
On a trip to Stockton yesterday I went into an antique store that I Visit occasionally and saw this ashtray. I semi-know this guy and run into him at various events. His 80+ year old mother was there in the store and confirmed that her father played cards in the place. I have search through newspapers and other online data, but haven't seen "card room" attached. I will continue to look.
