Here's a search list that may help IF the bar had a casino (not just slots, but with table games & chips) --
The MOGH website lets you search with filters for Casino Type / Location / Status -- in this case: Land Based / Las Vegas / Closed ... all in Nevada. The list produced 311 names, but many you can rule out immediately.

For example, click on "Big Red's" -- you'll see (upper right corner) that it was located at 3049 LV Blvd. South (the strip) and closed in 1982. Previously, it housed "Mr. Sy's" casino, and afterward, that location became the "Peppermill". If that was the correct address, you can further click on either of these names to go backward or forward in time.

Some others to try: CBS Sports World, and its predecessors; Silver City ...
