A Gracious Good Evening to You All

I received this card in the mail today. Anyone know which chips these are that they're handing out?
My best reading of it leads me to think Regular chips. Or is it to be Match Play? One Play only? Non Negotiable, as in CG036437?

If anybody knows I'd appreciate the info. Otherwise I'll have to try to go back there
