The new Raiders stadium was proposed for a parcel directly across I-15 from the Mandalay Bay complex, between Russell Rd and Hacienda Ave. (see map below). Is that the actual site where it will be built, or did plans change?

Should be good for the south-strip casinos ... even including South Point.
