I found this newspaper ad concerning a Chinese gambling house. I was wondering if....

Toa Yuen ..... Hui Tao Yuan could be the same place?? Or have the same meaning? The newspaper is from 1940's and a suberb of San Francisco.

***Does anyone know where the name "Utopia Club" came from? Are there any manufacturing records for these chips?
