Didn't know where it was from. His neighbor (guy selling next to him) said it was from the Bay Area. Most likely San Francisco. So that is where I started my search. I started in 1970 and worked my way back until I saw it in 1955.
There were quite a few chips still there, but when I looked at some of the outrageous prices...and pretty much stopped looking at their table.
