I picked up this $100 chip a couple of days ago. I thought it was a "mule". That the inlay was put on after it reached the card room. The inlay seems to have been put on during the manufacturing process

The inlay(sticker) on the left one looks kind of bad. It was important enough for someone to put it into a holder
