They go to cardrooms (Bicycle, Lucky Lady, etc.) and some Indian casinos (San Manuel, Morongo, and south to Harrah's and Pechanga) but I don't know where to pick up the buses apart from somewhere in the San Gabriel Valley south of Pasadena. You might check casino websites or contact them for info if you wanted to do this.
