It's hard to believe, that after all of these years of collecting antique chips, that no one has seen a Y or Z chip. I wonder whose I and L chips were used in Dale's book. I took the illustration from Dale's book, Cleaned it up and made a color illustration of the L chip. I don't actually have it or have ever seen it. I'm missing the same four you are.
