This was my very first attempt to bring the plant to reflower after its rest period... and it was a success. I posted the blooms on several orchid communities around the world and had many comments along with reported failures from many growers not being able to produce one bloom on any of their plants this year for whatever reason(s)... and this one plant (I have 8 that came from Hawaii) has 3 canes flowering. Granted, my sub-tropical climate was a help; though I was determined to bring as many of the 8 plants to flower, and only 3 failed to produce any blooms... and I'm being told by some master growers in Asia and Hawaii that I've done well. It's a wonderful compliment from such growers and my success makes me very happy to show it here. ☺
